From Monday to Saturday, orders placed by 13:00 in Tbilisi are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 are delivered on the next business day. No courier service is provided on Sundays.

For regions outside Tbilisi, orders are dispatched on the second business day. The average delivery time is 5 business days.

Jewelry is packaged by default in a branded bag and pouch.
Adding a gift box is available before payment by selecting the relevant option in the cart.
